We are in the process of testing a new email notification system. Our forum email service has been down for some time. This system allows you to send messages to other forum members, sends an email when a post you're following changes, and other notices that are sent via email. Hopefully this new system will continue to work properly. So if you're interested in a particular post, you can now follow it and be notified when it changes or a new message is posted. That's rather nice, instead of having to check every few days to see if something new has been added. There is also another upgrade to the forum version. Only minor changes, but it's always best to get these changes made. We'll get to that as soon as possible. Just Badland

This Forum is specific to the Badland Aircraft F1 through F5 series of ultralights. Unquestionably the most awesome ultralight available. The F1 through F5 are an advanced design of the Kitfox Lite, the ultralight version of the incredible and very popular Kitfox STOL experimental. If you want information about the ultimate in ultralight, this is the forum for you.

I'm thinking, if he's got that Badland coming in at 248Lbs, with the F5 and being conservative at a weight savings of 25Lbs, that my F5 might come in around the low 220Lbs (accounting for same engine and such). Crap, I weigh more than my plane will! I really need to take my diet a lot more seriously. :shock:

Now only if I had knees! I'm working on that. I may not be able to to run with them but I certainly can get on the bicycle machine!
